4. Purposes of processing

6. Hosting and server log files

This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed, in particular IP address, time of access, resource requested, volume of data transferred, referrer and browser identifier.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Delivery of images and videos

Images and videos on this website are delivered via a content delivery network operated by our CRM provider. When such content loads, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider because this is technically required for delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Fonts

This website loads fonts via Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. When a page is accessed, your IP address is transmitted to Google servers in order to deliver the font files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation.

9. Cookies and consent management

We use cookies and similar technologies. Technically necessary cookies serve the operation of the website. Non essential cookies, in particular for analytics and marketing, are used exclusively with your explicit consent given through our consent tool.

You may withdraw or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

10. Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to analyse website usage. IP anonymisation may be enabled. Data may be transferred to the USA. This is used exclusively on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Google Ads and conversion tracking

We use Google Ads to measure advertising performance. This tracks user actions after clicking an ad, using cookies and tracking pixels. It is used on the basis of your consent.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure ad effectiveness, build custom audiences and optimise campaigns. Data may be transferred to the USA and processed by Meta. It is used on the basis of your consent.

11. CRM, funnels and booking

For customer relationship management, forms, funnel pages, appointment booking and email communication we use a platform based on HighLevel (HighLevel Inc., USA), which we operate under the FinSuites brand. Data submitted through forms or booking pages is processed and stored within this system.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual and pre contractual matters and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for organising our client relationships.

12. Business Freedom Score

The Business Freedom Score is a self assessment on this website. Answering the questions initially takes place exclusively in your browser. The result is displayed to you without entering any personal data.

Only when you request the detailed result report and provide your first name and email address for that purpose are these details transmitted to our CRM and stored there, together with your total score, the four sub scores, the classification, the identified focus area and your answers.

The purpose is to produce and send the requested report and to follow up on the identified topics. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.

The automated evaluation of your answers results in a classification into point values. This does not constitute an automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

13. Contacting us

If you contact us via a form or by email, we process your details in order to handle your inquiry and any follow up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre contractual inquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

14. Email communication and newsletter

We use email systems, including CRM based systems, to respond to inquiries, send service related communication and, only with your consent, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by sending us an informal message.

15. Payment providers

Payments may be processed via Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) and PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.). These providers process payment data independently under their own privacy policies. We do not receive full card details.

16. Recipients and processors

We share data only where necessary, in particular with service providers for hosting, CRM, email delivery, analytics and payment processing, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so. Data processing agreements are in place with our processors.

If we introduce you to specialised partners at your request, your data is passed on to those partners only after prior coordination with you.

We do not sell personal data.

17. International data transfers

Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU and the EEA, in particular to the United States. We base such transfers on appropriate safeguards, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission and, where applicable, certification of the recipient under the EU US Data Privacy Framework.

18. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are generally deleted once communication is concluded, at the latest after the expiry of any limitation periods. Server log files are deleted or anonymised after a short period.

19. Your rights

You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time without giving reasons.

To exercise your rights, a message to info@apatridus.com is sufficient.

20. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission via TLS. Complete protection against every conceivable form of access is technically impossible.

21. No data from minors

Our offering is directed at entrepreneurs. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. Should we become aware of such processing, we will delete the data.

22. Changes to this policy

We update this Privacy Policy when our processing or the legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies. Last updated: August 2026.
