Pillar 04

Structure makes you free. Clients make you independent.

The perfect company structure without predictable revenue is an empty house. We build your client acquisition system: performance marketing, funnels, content and sales processes. As the only provider, we connect growth with the international structure behind it.

The Intersection

Why marketing and structure belong together

Any marketing agency can run ads for you. None can tell you which company should stand behind your ad accounts. This is exactly where location-independent entrepreneurs fail in practice: ad accounts get banned because the company structure does not match the payment data. Payment providers freeze payouts. Tracking breaks at country borders. Invoices to international clients raise tax questions nobody answers.

Apatridus is the only provider that builds both sides: the system that brings clients, and the structure that carries it. If you want to scale ads, you need stable ad accounts, reliable payment providers, clean tracking and international invoicing. If you have that, you can scale without the foundation breaking.

  • Ad accounts that hold. Business Manager and accounts matched to your company structure, no bans over data conflicts.
  • Payment providers that pay out. Stripe, PayPal and alternatives set up cleanly on your structure.
  • Tracking that adds up. Server-side tracking and attribution across countries and currencies.
  • Invoices that are correct. International invoicing in line with your setup.
The Services

Six building blocks for predictable revenue

No grab bag: every block serves one goal. Win clients, convert clients, scale processes.

Block 01

Performance marketing

Who it is for: Entrepreneurs with a working offer who want to switch from referrals and chance to a predictable flow of clients.

Core advantage: Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads with clear targets per channel: cost per lead, cost per client, return on ad spend. Decisions are made on numbers, not gut feeling.

Block 02

Funnels & landing pages

Who it is for: Anyone buying traffic. Ads without a converting destination page burn budget.

Core advantage: Landing pages, funnels and offer pages that turn clicks into inquiries. Built on a clear offer logic: who lands here, why, and what is the next step.

Block 03

Conversion optimization

Who it is for: Entrepreneurs with running traffic where too little comes through.

Core advantage: Systematic testing of hooks, creatives, page structure and offer. Doubling your conversion rate halves your client acquisition costs: the strongest lever in the entire system.

Block 04

Organic client acquisition

Who it is for: Entrepreneurs who want to build a channel they own alongside paid traffic.

Core advantage: Content systems, personal branding and SEO as a process instead of inspiration: topic architecture, production rhythm, distribution. Organic lowers your cost per client and makes you less dependent on platform prices.

Block 05

CRM, automation & sales

Who it is for: Entrepreneurs where leads arrive but fizzle out in the process.

Core advantage: CRM setup, automated follow-ups, booking sequences and a sales process with defined stages. Every lead has a status, every status has a next step. Nothing fizzles out.

Block 06

Company management & back office

Who it is for: Entrepreneurs whose growth is limited by operational load, not by demand.

Core advantage: Processes, tools and back-office structures that work remotely: invoicing runs, reporting, team workflows. Your business runs while you are on the move. That is the operational core of location independence.

The Person in Charge

Bastian Köhler leads the Growth pillar

Bastian has run his own performance marketing agency for years and operates the very setups he advises on: US LLC, Hong Kong Limited, international ad accounts and payment flows. He knows both sides from practice, the campaign and the structure behind it.

In concrete terms: if your ad account wobbles because of a structural problem, you do not get a ticket number, you get a solution. And if your offer is not ready for ads, he tells you before the first campaign, not after the burned budget.

How We Work

Analysis. Strategy. Execution.

We do not start with campaigns. We start with the question of whether your offer holds and your structure is ready.

01

Analysis of offer and infrastructure

We review your offer, your existing metrics and your technical base: company structure, ad accounts, payment providers, tracking. If the offer does not hold, we tell you here. Marketing amplifies what is there. Weaknesses included.

02

Growth strategy with targets

Channel selection, funnel architecture, budget plan and concrete targets: cost per lead, cost per client, contribution margin per channel. Plus the infrastructure plan in case your structure needs adjusting for scale.

03

Execution and scaling

Campaigns, funnels, creatives, CRM and automation go live. Then the cycle runs: measure, test, scale. You get reporting with the numbers that matter and a system that grows with your budget instead of breaking under it.

Honest Assessment

Who this pillar is built for

We do not run marketing for offers that do not work. That is not a platitude, it is a qualification criterion.

Right for you if

  • your offer demonstrably sells: there are paying clients and real results
  • you run an agency, coaching, consulting, e-commerce or SaaS business
  • you want to build client acquisition as a system, not as a campaign firework
  • you are ready to invest in testing budget and clean infrastructure
  • you sell internationally or plan to and need a structure that carries it

Not right for you if

  • your offer has no paying clients yet: then the foundation is missing, not the marketing
  • you see ads as a rescue for a product the market does not want
  • you think in weeks instead of quarters
  • you expect results without budget and without participation

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Growth & Performance Marketing

What sets you apart from a regular marketing agency?
The structure behind it. An agency optimizes campaigns. We also build the foundation that international scaling otherwise fails on: ad accounts matched to the company structure, stable payment providers, server-side tracking and correct international invoicing. To our knowledge, nobody else offers this combination.
What ad budget do I need?
For reliable tests on Meta or Google, plan on a four-figure monthly budget. Below that, the platforms do not deliver data you can base decisions on. The exact number depends on offer, price and target market, and it stands at the end of the analysis, not at the beginning.
Why do you turn away clients without a working offer?
Because ads are an amplifier. An offer that does not sell in a direct conversation will not sell with paid traffic either, just at a higher cost. We only take on engagements where paying clients and real results exist. Anything else would be your budget for our statistics.
My ad account was banned. Can you help?
Often yes, because the cause is rarely the advertising itself. Usually company data, payment method, domain and billing address do not match, which the platforms read as a risk signal. We rebuild Business Manager and accounts in line with your structure so the setup runs stable for good.
Do you also do organic marketing without ads?
Yes. Content systems, personal branding and SEO are standalone building blocks. For most clients the strongest architecture is a combination: paid for speed and predictability, organic for falling client acquisition costs and independence from platform prices.
Do I need the company structure first or the marketing first?
We check that in the analysis. If you are already scaling and your structure wobbles, you need the foundation first. If you have a clean structure but no predictable client flow, you start with Growth. The advantage at Apatridus: both come from one system, so you do not have to guess the order yourself.
How fast will I see results?
Campaigns deliver the first reliable data after two to four weeks. A stable, scalable system emerges over one to two quarters: testing, optimization, then scaling. If you hear faster promises, you are hearing a sales pitch, not a forecast.
